1. Stay away from meetings.
2. If you come, find fault.
3. Decline offices or to committees.
4. Get angry if you are not nominated or appointed.
5. After you are not to a committee, do not attend meetings.
6. If you come to a meeting, do not speak until the meeting is over; then tell how to things should be done.
7. Do not do any club work if you can avoid it and when the reliable pitch in to get the work done, accuse them off bring a clique.
8. Oppose all new program as being a waste of members’ money.
9. When nothing new happens, complain that the officers lack imagination.
10. Read your club bulletin only now and then, then complain that you don't know what is going on in the club.

As a Rotarian, I will:

1. Act with integrity and high ethical standards in my personal and professional life
2. Deal fairly with others and treat them and their occupations with respect
3. Use my professional skills through Rotary to mentor young people, help those with special needs, and improve people’s quality of life in my community and in the world
4. Avoid behavior that reflects adversely on Rotary or other Rotarians.
5. Not seek special business or professional advantages from other Rotarians.
6. Help maintain a harassment-free environment in Rotary meetings, events, and activities; report any suspected harassment; and help ensure non-retaliation to those individuals that report harassment.
